1. A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking, and the remaining balance is due 49 days prior to your arrival.

2. Full payment is required should you wish to book less than 49 days before arrival.

3. If full payment is not received we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.

4 A keys/damage deposit of £150 against accidental breakages, damage or key replacement is required.
